You can take whatever medication you want and see different types of therapists, but if you don’t look after yourself then it may all be for nothing. Self-care is essential for looking after your mental health.

As part of my New Year resolutions, I’m trying to be more ‘eco-friendly’ and attempting to reduce my amount of waste (no more single-use plastics, etc.).
To help with this, I’ve downloaded ‘TooGoodToGo’. This app allows to you ‘rescue’ food from being wasted by buying it at a reduced price. This includes the likes of leftovers from hotel’s breakfast buffets, unsold sandwiches from cafes and food from supermarkets that are reaching their best-by.
